"He's stupid. He's an idiot," Bonds said. "He spent $750,000 on the ball and that's what he's doing with it? What he's doing is stupid."

Remember Barry Bonds? Apparently, he's still playing baseball. Who knew? Well, he's back calling other people idiots again.

Say what you will about Marc Ecko's personality, certain derogatory names come to mind, but I can't settle on stupid. The guy is exceedingly wealthy because he knows how to market his products and his business. Until this week I had never heard of this guy, and now his name is in every local paper, on The Today Show, on Sportscenter, and plastered over every blog. $750,000 for that kind of investment is a steal.

I'm not a big fan of the guy either, Barry, but he's hardly an idiot. By the way, you could learn a thing or to about how to sell yourself through the media from Marc Ecko.

0	I don't think Marc Ecko is stupid at all. Bonds is only upset because he's basically making fun of him by thinking about branding the ball with an asterisk. Big baby.

0	Marc Ecko is hilarious, the whole idea of an asterisk being branded on the ball before going to the hall is great. But I bet the ball ends up in space because Barry is a cheater.
