This tape delay thing is confusing the heck out of me at this point in time. So apparently Michael Phelps isn't on live TV tonight if you're on the east coast or central time zone? I'm honestly not sure at all, anymore.By the way, this post is tape delayed as well. It was written live by me 6 hours ago.
But anyway, we also get in to gymnastics later this evening which is always entertaining. Anyway, here's what's on this evening. enjoy the Games, even if everything you're watching is tape-delayed, and feel free to Q it up here.
Primetime 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Michael Phelps swims in the men's 200m free semifinal, where he is heavily favored, and in the men's 4x100m free relay final, for perhaps his second gold medal in as many days. The Americans have other medal contenders in the women's 400m free (Baltimore’s Katie Hoff) and men's 100m breast (world-record holder Brendan Hansen). Also, five-time Olympic medalist Natalie Coughlin swims in the semifinal of her best event, the 100m back (LIVE ET/CT). Plus, a first look at the U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team, led by teens Shawn Johnson and Nastia Liukin, and the first diving gold medals of the Games (women's springboard synchro).
