The Undertaker Goes Under...the Knife.

 According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Undertaker was not brought into the MadisonSquare Garden Smackdown last week due to him suffering from both hip and knee issues. The talk is that he will need some surgery on his knee, and will be out for an undetermined amount of time. The feeling is that when they do surgery that they may find more serious issues.

With the Undertaker's injury status, and the future of Jeff Hardy unsure as of now, WWE made the effort to push CM Punk as one of the brand's top faces. This was also the reason for the John Morrison face turn.

I'm also highly dissapointed myself 2 miss the Undertaker from the show. being a true fan of him.....
who do you think should be the new no. 1 contender for the Heavyweight Championship.

these guys break eachother apart. they have been doing this for years, i hope at the very least they can stop killing themselves long enough to enjoy life. and then do it all over again.

UNDERTAKER WILL BE SADLY MISSED WHILE HE HAS SURGERY AND RECOVERY, HE IS ONE OF THE LAST ORIGINAL WRESTLERS (OLD SCHOOL) THAT THE WWE HAVE LEFT.
