Your almost daily recap of college hoops ...Another beatdown for the ACC, but then again every other conference would have lose this challenge consistently as well. Which conference do you think would have the best chance to beat the ACC this year? My vote is with the Big East.

If you miss 17 consecutive shots against Little Sisters of the Poor Shooting you're still going to lose, so trying that on the nation's #1/2 team didn't get the Buckeyes far. Ohio State played well until the score reached 39-39 early in the second half. OSU shot 27% from the field and was outrebounded by 16. Considering those stats an 11-point loss isn't all that bad. Jon Diebler is going to turn into a pesky player for the Buckeyes with the ability to knock it down from midcourt if he so chooses. Think Chris Kingsbury, but with more athleticism and game.
Scary news for the rest of the country, Tar Heels still look decent without point man Ty Lawson.

The recipe is simple for the Spartans: get decent post play and don't turn the ball over. If they accomplish those feats, which lately have been a stretch, they'll be able to beat anyone and club those who take a night off. That's what happened Wednesday night, NC State wasn't in it shortly after tip-off. Goran Suton had his second straight double-double, which if you've followed MSU is astounding. The Spartans remain the only Big Ten team with a winning record in the ACC Challenge (5-3). Can we get Duke next year?

Pointed out in the nightly thread ... Wow. I take it the Billikens haven't bought into Majerus system yet.
Plenty more action - Your thoughts?
