Phillies 4, Cubs 1 The hottest team in baseball officially switched hands last night, thanks to Cole Hamels. Phils have won 9 out of 10 ... but are also on the verge of not having a enough outfielders. After Shane Victorino AND Michael Bourn went down last night, I was one of many Cubs fans pulling for Philly to trade for Matt Murton during the game. Now that would make the trade deadline even more fun.
Twins 3, Royals 1 Minnesota has apparently determined they are sellers. Is it too late to reconsider? They've started playing well again.
Tigers 5, Athletics 2 Tata!
Mariners 2, Angels 0 The one team I'm rooting for today to make some moves is Seattle. Known for NOT going for it all, what better time than now. Just three games back of the Angels, and 2 games left in this series.
