Boise State Fans To Wear Color Coded Clothing During Nationally Televised Game Vs Oregon
As If Their Smurf Turf Wasn't Bad Enough, Boise State Steps Up Their Assault On Your Eyeballs
Boise State has one of the most ridiculous (or just ridiculously awesome, depending on how you feel about it) fields in the country. The bright blue "smurf turf" makes it feel like you're watching a sci-fi movie or something. Now, they plan on taking it a step further.

"As the feature game nationally for the Collegiate Licensing Company's (CLC) opening weekend of the College Colors Day Kick-off promotion, Boise State is asking for a Bronco Colors Kick-off.  Alternating sections of Blue-White-Orange throughout the stadium, will highlight the Bronco colors to a nationally televised audience."

That's right. The Broncos fans will be attempting to color code their wardrobe for each and every home game. As if the smurf turf wasn't enough, they will do everything in their power to drive you all insane.

This could be real cool. It's engaging to the fans that attend and definitely separates them from other teams. There will be no mistake when you are watching them that its Boise State. Know if more than the 2,000 people that live in Idaho could watch the games.

Blue is the color of the sky and of the sea. It is associated with depth and stability, and the ideas of wonder, freedom and dreams. It symbolizes wisdom, confidence, intelligence, trust, loyalty, faith and truth. Hopefully it will mean all those things to the Bronco fans this year good luck! Thanks for sharing!

I don't see an issue with getting crowd to dress color-coded in sections. That's school spirit. I'm surprised nobody else has colored their fields yet. Imagine this: Ohio State-red field. Texas-burnt orange field. Texas Tech-black field! how insane would that be! LOL

I think a black field would look pretty awesome, but would get way too hot in the warmer months, especially in Texas. But man... that would look cool.

That would be so awesome although we do not need a field of such colors in Ohio. We see the opposite teams faces turn red as they are leaving the field!

This is the lil guy's big chance.  They're ranked high enough that if they go undefeated, they SHOULD have their shot at getting destroyed by Florida.

Simply awesome. I love it and I can't wait to see them kick the mess out of Oregon.

Most people wouldn't think it's so bad if it were red, white, and blue instead of orange, white, and blue.

Maybe you could put a black field with yellow stripes for the Pittsburg Steelers!

If Florida wants try to kick Boise States ass then they need to schedule a game, because everyone knows how good we are and we have openings for a ass whooping for Florida on the blue turf!
