Brace Yourself For 30 Hours Of Brett Favre On The NFL Network
If you aren't already sick of all the Brett Favre retirement hysteria, then you will be after this. The NFL Network, which was caught with its pants down when Favre announced his retirement, has decided to make up for it by airing a ridiculous 30 hours of Favre programming. Luckily, almost half of it was taken up by yesterday, but if you still want to catch the remaining 15+ hours because you have no life whatsoever here's the full schedule.

SATURDAY, MARCH 8

  • 1 p.m. ET -    In Their Own Words: Brett Favre (60 minutes)
  • 2 p.m. ET - Favre 4 Ever (60 minutes)
  • 3 p.m. ET - America's Game: 1996 Packers (60 minutes in HD)
  • 4 p.m. ET - NFL Classics: Packers at Raiders on Monday Night Football (12/22/03) (2.5 hours)
  • 6:30 PM ET - NFL Films Presents: Favre's Backups (30 minutes)
  • 8 p.m. ET - Super Bowl Classics: Super Bowl XXXI (Packers 35, Patriots 21) (3 hours)
I like how there's a program dedicated to Favre's backups (that must have been a blast to film and edit), and in addition to that, another one that seems to have been written by a 12-year-old girl - Favre 4 Ever. Should have been EVAR.

See what's funny about this is even though there's 30 hours dedicated to Favre, that's not even close to enough time to see every interception he's thrown.
