Jay Glazer of FoxSports is reporting that the Cleveland Browns and Brady Quinn have finally agreed to terms of a 5-year contract.

Quinn, deciding that he'd probably better start practicing, is on his way to Cleveland from Arizona.

The bad news is that we can no longer harass Brady for being an idiot off the field. The good news is that we now get to start wondering how big of a bust he'll end up becoming.
