Owner Steve Bisciotti blew Brian Billick a few air kisses this morning on the way out of his office. I'm not even remotely a fan of the Baltimore Ravens, but I still feel the need to say thank you.
Billick, hailed as an offensive genius, fielded one of the worst offenses over the last few seasons and has developed young talent poorly. His firing needed to happen.
While he never did a great job as a head coach, some smart team out there is going to get themselves a pretty good offensive coordinator. I'm guessing he ends up in Detroit or San Fransisco.

that could not be more incorrect. We have struggled on offense for NINE YEARS! Our offense has never ranked higher then 14th. The most td's any of his qb's ever passed for is 17. If he gets hired to specialize in what he failed in, that would be insanity.

I know, but he never had anything to work with. As a coach he sucks, because he can't develop talent which was Baltimore struggled. However, when he has the tools, he knows how to call a game.
