He had a hole in his intestine.The (Stuff) was leaking into his stomach.That's what was causing him so much pain.That and he had abscesses.The doctor told him he hasn't been right for a year. His immune system has been trying to fight this thing and that's why he was susceptible to getting sick.He could fight.He could not.No one knows at this point.Hope he will be fine now.

Omgosh, this poor guy. I remember when he was wrestling in the WWE, I wondered what became of him. My son is into wrestling & also UFC & when I told him about Mr. Lesnar, he just couldn't believe it, also sayin, "man i hope he'll be alright cause he's an AWESOME fighter". So Mr. Lesnar, (if U read these things), do know that U have people praying 4 U. I hope he is able 2 recover fully & be back doing the things he loves the most (outside of his wife & 2 kids). God be with Mr. Brock Lesnar!!!!

I wondered what happened to him...he started in the WWE and then he was gone...I read an article just yesterday about him that stated he was sick but didn't say what was wrong...hopfully now he can get better and get back to fighting in the UFC because he seems so much happier there then when he was a wrestler and I know that all his fans will be praying for his full recovery.
