Arians led the Colts to a 9-3 record while head coach Chuck Pagano was fighting leukemia, playing a huge role in getting the Colts into the playoffs only 1 year after they went 2-14 and got the 1st overall pick.

Arians is now the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, thanks in large part to the incredibly job that Arians did in Indianapolis while taking over for Pagano from weeks 4 through 16.

Another award tonight went to JJ Watt, who had a rather incredible season in his own right.

Watt led the Texans defense all year, finishing with a league-leading 20.5 sacks along with 81 tackles. He forced 4 fumbles, and recovered 2.

Watt was one of the biggest difference makers in the league this year, helping to anchor the Texans defense even after Brian Cushing went down due to injury.

Congratulations to both Bruce Arians and JJ Watt, who were both incredible this year and very deserving of these awards.
