NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was in the owner's box with Bud Adams during the Tennessee Titans' 41-17 win over the Bills, so I assume he saw this, and I'm going to assume that Bud Adams will get fined at some point during this week.
Apparently the Titans' blowout win wasn't enough for Mr. Adams, who also felt the need to flip the double bird to the Buffalo sideline. I realize he was probably pretty pumped up, but adding insult to injury with the commish in your suite? That probably wasn't necessary.
