Ok, I know some people out there still wonder if Roger Federer can beat Rafael Nadal when they meet up, but if Rafa can't get there to face Fed, then should we really hold it against Fed? I say not at all. In fact, I think Fed losing three Grand Slams to Rafa in 8 months has actually made him better. It was a wake-up call for Fed.
Anyway, this afternoon Fed goes for his 16th Grand Slam title against first time finalist Juan Martin del Potro. Normally I'd just say "Hand the title to Federer", but Potro could be a problem. He's 6'6", incredibly rangy, and powerful. And he absolutely CRUSHED Rafa in the semis.
I think Fed wins based on experience, but I wouldn't be surprised if it goes five sets.
