Carmelo Anthony won't be wasting any time, scheduling a meeting with the Bulls on Tuesday, and then with both the Mavericks and Rockets on Wednesday.

There's still a chance that Anthony will return to the Knicks, and Phil Jackson is reportedly feeling confident after speaking with his star player. But still, there will be several teams who can offer a lot of money as well as a chance to win.

The Knicks can offer the most money, but they don't appear to be on a winning track any time soon. If Anthony stays in New York, he'll likely have to wait a few years before the Knicks can become legitimate contenders.

If he goes to the Bulls, they immediately become one of the best teams in the East, and a legitimate championship contender. The Mavericks and Rockets would also give him a better chance to win as well.

Another team interested in Anthony is the Phoenix Suns. He hasn't yet scheduled a meeting with them, but there are reports that they're making moves that would allow them to pursue both Anthony and LeBron James.

James is considered unlikely to leave the Heat, but a pairing of Carmelo Anthony and Eric Bledsoe in Phoenix might be enough to entice him, along with a max contract from the Suns.

This should be an interesting free agency period.
