Mandatory Credit: Rob Grabowski-USA TODAY SportsThe Chicago Blackhawks are still undefeated in their division.  Though they did lose to the Anaheim Ducks Tuesday night, 3-2, they are also leading in the Western Conference despite the fact that they have lost 3 games.

I’ll be honest, I am not a Chicago Blackhawks fan.  However, I will always stand and acknowledge when a person and/or team are doing an outstanding job.  And the Chicago Blackhawks are doing an awesome job so far this season.
Granted, this season is short and for the most part, has just started but come on, the Blackhawks are looking great!

So how are they doing it?  This is what you call a “team”, even though Patrick Kane has 9 goals and 11 assists, he is not doing this alone.  Jonathan Toews has 6 goals and 7 assists, Marian Hossa 6 goals and 6 assists, and Patrick Sharp has 2 goals and 10 assists (just to name a few of these outstanding athletes).  When they start a game, they come on to the ice like this was the last game in the finals of the Stanley Cup.  This was never more evident than when they played the Ducks on Tuesday.  You got to wonder how they can maintain that kind of stamina for 3 periods.  But man, these guys are so in synced with each other, it’s like they are reading each other’s mind on where they are going to be so as to pass the puck to them.

If the play-offs were to start this week, I do not see anyone that can beat them, surely not to take the best of 7 games.
The Blackhawks play the Sharks at home on Friday.  The last time these two teams played each other, the Blackhawks were able to score 5 goals.  At this moment, I don’t see the Sharks beating them this time either.

Final word; no matter who your favorite team is (I’m a Detroit Red Wings fan, myself), and while you are sitting at home or in the stands cheering for your favorite team, you need to keep an eye on the Chicago Blackhawks…
