Rebilas-USA TODAY SportsLast season, Los Angeles Dodgers' pitcher Clayton Kershaw had some problems with his right hip, but he said in an interview that it's not bothering him at all now.

Over the off-season, he hasn't experienced any issues with it and even added a new workout plan to help strengthen the hip.

Kershaw said that “it was never a problem” for him, and from the looks of it, he seems to be the same Clayton as last year.

Apparently it isn't a problem for the Dodgers either because they are considering a long-term extension of his current contract, of which this is the last year. They're even hoping to get something done before Spring Training starts.

The Dodgers have a very pitcher-heavy roster right now, but they are not concerned with money by any means, so it's likely that they'll get a deal done.
