Good afternoon college football fans, and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend – here are some interesting headlines you may have missed over the last several days.

- Oklahoma State quarterback Wes Lunt announced that he will transfer. He could be one of the best “free agent” pickups in years.

- Kentucky safety Ashely Lowery was released from the hospital following his near-fatal car accident last week.

- Oklahoma quarterback Kendal Thompson was arrested Saturday morning. This could ultimately seal the deal for Blake Bell as the starter for Week 1.

- Colorado quarterback Jordan Webb was arrested for second-degree assault over the weekend. The fifth-year senior tore his ACL during spring practice and isn’t expected to play this season.

- Michigan State is planning a renovation to its stadium (Spartan Stadium) that will see costs around $20 million.
