Can Texas Tie It Up Tonight? Or Will LSU Win It All? [College World Series Live Thread]

LSU won Game 1 of the College World Series Final last night 7-6 in 11 innings, thanks to a Texas collapse, as the Longhorns went into the 9th inning with a 2-run lead.

The 'Horns hope to tie it up tonight, as they play Game 2, starting at 7pm EST. You can watch it on ESPN, and you can chat about it here.

Do you think Texas can rally back and send it to a Game 3? Or will LSU complete the sweep and send the Longhorns packing in 2 games?

Whether or not you're watching, give us your predictions, and any other thoughts on the game.

If you're not watching, then you're missing out. Listen to the ping, because it won't be back for another year. As always, enjoy the game!

Texas doesn't suck tonight. Hook"em Horns! Maybe us gals will get lucky and spot Matthew the Hot behind homeplate next game.  Just one of the perks of being a Texas fan.....

Texas came from behind to beat ASU, they can come back against LSU too, I think.

I have no idea. I'm a Tiger fan and even I was shaking my head with that gift. I don't know who called that pitch, but WOW what a blunder!

We have a rain delay in Omaha. It's going to be interesting to see if Texas bounces back as they're not used to losing the close one as they did last night. I also like the fact Mainieri is throwing Ross and giving Ranaudo another day of rest.

Let's see if Texas Relief Pitcher Brandon Workman throws another hanging curve ball vs. Mikie Mahtook even though Mahtook has struck out 3 times in the same game and Workman throws 95+...What was he thinking last night????
