Dale Sveum ejected after check swing strikeout

You make the call: Should this check swing have been called strike 3?

Aug 18, 2013; Chicago, IL, USA; Chicago Cubs manager Dale Sveum (4) argues with umpire Phil Cuzzi (10) after being ejected in the 7th inning against the St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field. Mandatory Credit: Reid Compton-USA TODAY SportsAdam Wainwright got one of his 11 strikeouts yesterday on a check swing by Donnie Murphy.

Russell and Cubs manager Dale Sveum were both ejected after arguing the call, and it looks like they had a pretty good point.

Murphy's bat didn't even remotely go around, but umpire Phil Cuzzi said he went around and rang him up on strikes.

Sveum came out and argued his case, obviously to no avail, and was ejected.

yeah, that wasn't even close.. That's usually a call reserved for the 9th inning on a day where it's 120 degrees on the field
