Apparently the theme of this weekend is NFL owners who have absolutely no clue what they're doing and where they're headed.
Dan Snyder announced today that Al Saunders and Gregg Williams were leaving the organization and that Jim Zorn and Greg Blache would be replacing them, respectively. Interesting approach. There's one problem, however ... no head coach.
I'm no expert in building a successful team (although these owners make me believe I could be), but you'd think
At this rate, they might as well just hire a real actual puppet that Dan can control for his luxury sweet. That or go with his pal Tom Cruise.
Unfortunately for Redskins fans there's some quality talent in place, more than capable of a longer run in the postseason with an organization aligned with the same goals. Jason Campbell is proving to be a legit franchise QB, Clinton Portis is a top tier back for a few more years and despite the loss of Sean Taylor they are numerous bright spots on defense.
It starts from the top and as long as Snyder is choreographing his puppets, they have to win in spite of him. Of course, this isn't new information for Skins fans.
