David Beckham arrives at Arsenal for training amidst transfer rumors
David Beckham starts training with Arsenal today in order to re-build fitness before returning to professional football. Rife rumors suggest the former Manchester United midfielder could move into a Premier League club this fall.
With only a just a couple of days left before the January transfer window expires, it still not clear which club David Beckham plans to call home. Tottenham Hotspur, Queens Park Ranger, West Ham United and Arsenal are a few clubs that have been linked to David Beckham, but no conclusive transfer reports have appeared.
After winning back to back MLS titles with Los Angeles Galaxy, David Beckham decided it was time for a change. Therefore, the England international concluded his career at the Los Angeles Galaxy as soon as the MLS season ended.

The Sun reports David Beckham arrived on Tuesday morning at Arsenal’s training ground with intentions of proving his worth to Arsene Wenger. Well, it’s not clear whether his plan worked or not, but if David Beckham is looking for good action in the twilight of his football career then Arsenal might not be an appropriate option.
In a press conference on Tuesday morning Arsene Wenger shot down speculation about David Beckham’s arrival at Arsenal.
“He (David Beckham) has asked to come here and work on his fitness,” Arsene Wenger said. “He has not done anything for a long time. He called me. It is purely for fitness. There is no speculation of signing him or anything.”
