Fair or foul: Should the Dodgers have celebrated their NL West title in the Diamondbacks' pool?
At Chase Field in Arizona, they have an extremely lovely pool over the outfield fence in right-center field.
Last night, the Los Angeles Dodgers clinched the NL West by beating the Arizona Diamondbacks, and celebrated the event by jumping into the pool and having themselves a nice little pool party.
This would have been well and good, had it been the Dodgers' pool, in the Dodgers' stadium.
However, this wasn't their pool. Most people don't celebrate their birthdays by having an impromptu pool party in their neighbor's pool.
The Diamondbacks are less than thrilled about it, and the team president and CEO issued a statement to that effect.
What do you think? Was this a classless move by the Dodgers? Or should the Diamondbacks just shake it off?
