Sometime today, Manning was scheduled to do what all the guys that utter that word do – head to Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., for a celebratory parade down Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park.
Manning was going to be on the Super Bowl MVP float with young football players from the Tustin, California Pop Warner football team. Except something happened. Look at the picture below.
If you said to yourself, there's no Eli, then you're right. Yep, Eli missed his own parade, and probably pissed off those Pop Warner kids in the process.
I'd definitely expect something like this from Belichick, who'd probably also strangle a kid in the process, but not from Eli. Although rumor has it he couldn't pull himself away from the tea cups. I'm sure when Walt Disney thaws out, he'll have a word the Super Bowl MVP.
