Because it's now the summer, and there's not a lot on except for baseball, things can get a little slow. So thank God we have dumb announcers.
Last night Rick Sutcliffe, who mind you is going in for cancer treatment soon, decided to kind of start hitting on Erin Andrews from the booth in Chicago.
In an effort to throw cold water on Sutcliffe, his announcing partner brought up the cancer treatment. That would definitely cool me off. But not that horndog Sutcliffe. He just went right back to focusing on Andrews, specifically talking about her skirt in relationship to the Windy City. Hey Oh!
So there you go folks, not even a disease like cancer can get in the way of sexual harassment. Who knows, maybe some day we can even use its power to cure cancer.
OMG!! You're not even allowed to speak of anything pertaining to women anywhere, anymore. I fail to see the HARRASING portion of this excerpt. Unless it was the part about wearing a skirt like that in the windy city...seems like more of an observation to me...and the camera's seem to find her (in that dress) just fine. And Oooooo....He's got a new favorite color. Take him to court and sue him for that too. And if Erin is at batting practice, arrest them-there boys for harassing her with their eyes! Are these not simple, common sence facts? Come on people. What are we becoming? You know, i hear women talk about women in the same (type) of wording just about everyday (I.E: I can't believe she wore that skirt in the windy city, or All those boys at batting practice were watching Erin in her yellow dress.) Shouldn't they be called for harrasment too? Or is it all just in the phrasing of the words? Nothing deragatory was said to Erin like OMG!! Did you see Erin's A** in the Skirt...YUM!!! Now THAT, i can see as harrasing!! Just my opinion, it don't count for much.
