I'm admittedly rather harsh on soccer sometimes, but there's a real reason for it, and it has nothing to do with me hating foreigners. It has to do with soccer players taking dives. It drives me nuts. It's the same thing with flopping in the NBA, which I also can't stand.

But the problem is it goes on in soccer all the time. Until that's cleaned up, the game will never succeed here in the states. If I want to see acting, I'll go to a movie, not a sporting event.

But luckily there's a cure for soccer diving, and it's called a goalpost to the face. If that was the consequence for diving, I think we'd probably see less of it in the sport.

By the way, I also hate the lack of scoring in soccer, so consider the goalpost a punishment for that as well.
