Meet the Vogels - John, Nancy and ten-year-old twins Davy and Daryl. In June they're starting on a 30 month bike trip in Prudhoe Bay Alaska and going south from there. Riding a tandem and two singles, if all goes as planned, the Vogels should find themselves at Ushuaia, Argentina some 20,000 miles later, on the southern tip of South America. That will make Daryl and Davy the youngest cyclists to have ridden the length of the Pan-American highway. On attempting such a trip on bikes with their kids: "You see the world through the eyes of your child, and experience life in the fresh, uninhibited manner of children. Children have a way of worming their way into the hearts of others, and you will be richly rewarded for your efforts!"
