You have the Red Wings listed as one of your favorite teams. As a fellow hockey fan, I have to ask what got you into hockey, and specifically what turned an Ohio boy into a Red Wings fan?
I got into Hockey because of the old Sega Genesis Hockey Game. I used to love playing it and started to follow it. I became a Red Wings fan because I think always admired Steve Yzerman for his loyalty and all-round play. Now I enjoy watching/following Lidstrom and Franzen. (Because they are on my fantasy team & pretty darn good)
We all have that moment as a kid, usually the first thing we remember that turns us into sports fans. What was yours?
The first thing I remember making me a sports fan was my Dad. He was always watching the Browns and having a little bit of the gambling activity around me. I was like 5 when I won my first football poll and I never looked back!

Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
My favorite athlete was Scottie Pippen (#33). He was so unheralded with Jordan around but was such an integral part of what the Bulls did. I used to be a die-hard Bulls fan but when JR started screwing with the team I just started following the Cavs. In all honesty I think the NBA is terrible and has a lot of black-eyes that it needs to overcome.
What do the Browns have to do to get back to respectability? Is Brady Quinn part of the solution or part of the problem?"
Browns? Respectability? Not words that many people can use in adjoining sentences. They can start by beating Pittsburgh, just one time (baby steps, ya know). They have a lot of work to do. IMO Lerner needs to sell the team. All he does is go after Ravens and Belichick castaways. Its one thing if its Ozzie Newsome, but its not and its getting embarrassing. BQ is fine as the starter in my book. We haven't really saw what he can do yet. Cleveland should have traded Derek Anderson last year for the 1st rounder that was the going rate for a Pro-Bowler. But they paid him and made yet another bone-headed move. Savage and Romeo can pay for that, and they did with their jobs.
What, if any, moves do the Cavs need to make to win a title this year?
I would love for the Cavs to add a big man to the lineup. Ilgauskas can't stay healthy and Varejao has a lot to learn. But they are playing great and may be just fine the way they are. But they are an Ohio team and that never ends well.
How concerned are you that LeBron will bolt in 2010?
I am not that concerned about LeBron leaving. If they build a winner around him he should remain. Plus I don't
think he can sell that house he built. In WWE, what would you say has been the most entertaining moment since becoming a fan?
WWE is a really a joke to me. I used to watch when Stone Cold and the Rock were on. ANd when i was a little kid. Now its just watered down. As far as a moment goes, when Stone Cold drove a Coors Light truck down the aisle and started spraying beer all over everyone..I loved that
Being a fan of poker, what’s your favorite game? Do you play online? What’s the most amount of money you’ve ever won playing? Lost?
I am a fan of the GAME of Poker not the bogus "SPORT". I enjoy OMAHA HI/LO but haven't been playing on-line because FANIQ has taken over my internet life. The most I ever won was like $500 in a Tournament. The most I ever lost...well more than that!
You collect sports bobbleheads. Care to share a list of who you have?
To list all of my bobbleheads would take awhile. Some of my favorites are LeBron James, Randy Moss (I have 45 of him), Ken Griffey Jr., Kelly Pavlik, Eric Cartman (not sports but a great one), Mario Lemieux, Jarome Iginla, Tony Stewart, Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Peyton Manning, Baron Davis, and Kobe Bryant.
Tell us about the one day you would go back and relive from your youth:
One day I would go back and relive from my youth would have to be when I scored 6 goals in a soccer game. My
parents were so proud of me. Now those days are few and reeeeallllll far between!Besides the Q and collecting bobbleheads, any other hobbies outside of sports?
Hobbies outside of the Q and Sports? Spending time with my Girlfriend, my dogs and music. I enjoy all kinds of music.
How did you find FanIQ?
I stumbled upon FANIQ while looking for picks for Gambling...a shame I know but it worked out. I made some college football predictions one week and won an award so I went back and checked it out a little more and the rest is history.
What’s the most bizarre Locker Room poll you’ve ever seen?
Used to be the “Would you Rathers”, but the last odd one was the toilet paper one by Mooser. That one disturbed me a little bit.
What’s your favorite poll that you, yourself, created?
My personal created favorite poll(s) would probably be the Browns and Buckeye Over/Under polls. I enjoy trying to figure out what to make the O/U.
Cliché
If you had to choose five CD’s to listen to for the rest of your life, which five would you choose?
Bob Marley-Legend, Nirvana-Unplugged in NY, Bloodhound Gang- Hooray for Boobies, Eminem-Curtain Call, and Pink Floyd- The Wall. Narrowly missing the cut: Kings of Leon, Zeppelin IV, Doors, and Dr. Dre- The Chronic
You’ve asked your favorite female celebrity out to dinner at your favorite restaurant, and she’s accepted. Who is it, and where are you going?
Can I just say Oprah cause she's paying and giving me some stuff? But seriously, I'd pick Salma Hayek and we are going to Salsitas. Her kinda food and great Margaritas.
You find a Genie’s lamp and are granted three wishes; what are they?
Oh, the old 3 wishes question. Well, the more wishes one probably doesn't apply so I'll say a infinite Bank Account, Eternal Life at age of my choice, and Happiness for all those I care about.
FanIQ is the home of bold predictions; give us your best shot…
Bold Prediction? Cavs win the NBA Championship and the Browns win more than 7 games next season.
