Reid, a senior, was arrested for the second time in 10 months a few weeks ago and was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana.
A three-starter with the Seminoles, Reid compiled 97 tackles and seven interceptions as a member of the secondary, but is widely known as one of the most dangerous returners in the nation: He took a total of 153 kickoffs and punts for 2,670 yards and three touchdowns dating back to his freshman year.
Reid does have a redshirt year available, meaning he could either enroll into a FCS program and play right away or head to a FBS school, sit out this fall and play in 2013-14.
