Former Wolverines Hoping A "Michigan Man" Call To Arms Can Salvage Season
9/14/07
I'm back home in Michigan today and local radio has been quite a treat. You'd think we were at Ground Zero if you asked those donning the maize and blue. Last November, the Wolverines were just a game away from a National Championship. Now they're the worst team ever. Slight overreaction in these parts. Which brings me to more comedic efforts by former Michigan players. M Zone got a hold of this letter circulating the ranks.
Michigan Men... "A call to Arms"If the Wolverines don't win this next one, I think the next step is then to have these former players suit up. Can't wait for the carnage Saturday night. Can't decide who I want to lose.
This Saturday approx 1:45pm, we want every former player to meet just outside the tunnel (at Michigan stadium), to support (and remind!) our team on why they wear that winged helmet! We want to show our unity for the Wolverines, when they step off the bus.
For further details, please call Ron Simpkins @ (313)-[xxx-xxxx]
Go Blue,
