From the Armchair: Washington Redskins Week 4
Kudos to the defense for keeping the Raiders offense to 14 points.
Griffin looked almost like his old self. He seemed a bit more relaxed. He was better protected and he threw a couple of TD's. I know, that's what he is supposed to do. But, after 3 agonizing games of watching this team implode on itself, it felt good to smile for a change. Offense put some points up on the board and the defense kept the defenders from scoring. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Alfred Morris' 16 carries for 71 yards and his having to leave in the 4th with a rib contusion(?)
Skins are off next week. I know I need a break. Next meeting is with the Cowboys.
