Furyk, ready to take over for Tiger?

Probably not because of a certain Phil or Kenny, but this lanky 6' 2" golfer has once been as high as #2 in the world, in 2006, but since he has had some putting issues that have been the fall in his world ranking. However as he showed us last week with his T3 finish he is steadily rising from the grave. What does this mean? Well since Tiger has had to unfortunatly go under knee surgery certain players have been expected to fill his spot...temporarily, maybe. Among these players: Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Kenny Perry is doing nice, and now possibly Furyk. He might not be as fiery on every hole like Tiger, but when this sneaky player gets going, the "frontrunners" need to watch their backs.
