Blog Photo - Game On! Sports Lineup 4/30/14Greetings, sports fans! Wow, what a couple of days around the sports world. New NBA Commish Adam Silver lays the hammer on racist Clippers Owner, banning him from the league for life. Apparently he's also urging the other owners to vote him out of ownership. And remember Jameis Winston? The guy who was in trouble last year for rape allegations? Well...he stole some crab legs. This is not a joke.

Tonight is one of the most exciting nights in hockey this postseason, at least so far, with three Game 7s. In basketball, the Blazers have a chance to knock the Rockets out of contention tonight as well. Several MLB games have been cancelled or postponed due to weather, but there are still plenty left. Crushing loss.   I'm seriously thinking it is time to let Doug Wilson go.   Sharks sucked hard. Not only is my team out now but there are now no more interesting teams left in the post season to root for.  For me, the NHL is done until the puck drops next fall.

Down 3-0 in the series, the Kings complete the miracle come back.  LA once again proving the post season is where they shine the brightest

I know, I'm so sad. I really wanted Roy and his team to go deeper into the playoffs. But hats off to him anyway...what an awesome job he did this year with that team.

and to answer my question in the title....YEP! (I don't know if I should be happy or skrred. Probably skrred...)

Wild trailed 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3 but win game 7 5-4 in OT.

They are the first NHL team to win a game 7 after scoring 4 game tying goals

Long-ass work day, then still trying to find furnace parts, but I get home to......tied games!!!
Currently watching the Wild and the Avs, cuz that's the game I care the most about.  Sorry the Flyers lost, but I like the Rangers too, so not too sorry.  Oh!! Av's just scored again!

Carry on....

Okay, so, is it a possibility that Mr Jonathan's Av's could face off against Ms. Becky"s King's for the cup? {I have no clue how the conferences are split, is that right? conferences?} If so, wow, Go Teams!
(Edited by Jess)

Nope, not for the Cup, since they're in the same conference (yep, conference!)...but if the Kings win tonight they will go up against my Ducks and if the Avs win tonight, they take on Chicago. Then if the Kings win the series against the Ducks and the Avs win theirs against the Blackhawks then the Kings and Avs will play in the Conference Finals and the winner of that series will go up against someone from the East for the Stanley Cup
