Ugh. Yes. And, what Jess said. I **** with you Nascar...and whatever it is you like...fans, sometimes, but I feel no real need to constantly insult something I don't even watch. People.... meh.

Russell Martin wins it for the Bucs in the bottom of the 11th, long single off the wall.  It was literally a foot away from a walk-off grand salami.  3 of 4 from the best hitting team in baseball, two 1-0 11 inning games in this series and 34 wins for the Pirates.

Please someone pinch me, I know there's still a long way to go in the season, but is it finally happening?  This team just doesn't give up.

Actually pretty much anything not NFL...and everything NFL other people's team related. But I guess that's true of any internet forum.

Sure, you made a mistake and I'm sure most fans would have known that immediately and maybe corrected you without trying to insult the NBA, cept Stoney, who never misses a chance to insult the NBA. Jerkface. lol

O's beat the Nats tonight 2-0 on the strength of 8 shutout innings by Freddy Garcia. Yes, that Freddy Garcia. He only gave up three hits despite the fact that I'm sure he hit 90 on the gun all night. That splitter was moving like crazy though.

OOH! And 5 home runs in a game? Yes please. Two of those were from the new little guy, Nick Franklin, who they just called up to replace Ackley. I'm not complaining...he's doing well on defense too. Even Felix got on base! heart

Franklin came into the season as the M's second best hitting prospect after Zunino (which I know hasn't meant a damn lately, but bear with me). Given that Ackley has fallen apart, Franklin's worth the call up, as he's been tearing up AAA.

That was my fault - this blog originally said they turned right around from the game last night and have a game tonight. Sometimes if I'm not paying close enough attn. to ESPN when snagging game times I screw up blush

Blackhawks series starts tonight? Holy smokes! No rest for the weary is right. Not like the NBA playoffs where these guys get days off between games.

My mistake, I need to fix that. They all play Saturday. They all get a couple of days off!
