Geovany Soto's incredible 7 RBI's, including 2 in the Cubs' decisive 7-run 8th inning, were instrumental in the Cubs' 14-9 win over the Pirates. Soto had a HR and two doubles to lead the Cubs.Alfonso Soriano also had a good day at the plate, going 3-6 and scoring twice.
Former Red Sox prospect Craig Hansen gave up 4 runs without recording a single out for the Pirates. I guess I feel even better now about that Jason Bay trade, huh?
