The hits keep on coming for the New York Giants' secondary. A day after finding out that Terrell Thomas had re injured his ACL, the team got word that safety Tyler Sash would be suspended four games for violating the leagues PED policy. Sash claims he did not know that Adderall was banned by the NFL.

"I took a prescription drug (Adderall) legally under a doctor's care for an anxiety condition during the offseason in March of this year. The purpose was to help me with public speaking appearances. I had no idea that this prescription drug was banned by NFL policy. Although I take full responsibility for this situation, I also want to state that I have never cheated or taken performance-enhancing drugs, and I frown on those who do," Sash said.

Sash's absence could open the door for a return of Deon Grant, who has stated he is waiting for a call and that a return to New York is not out the question. If the Giants choose not to bring back Grant, this could open the door for someone like Will Hill to make the team.
