Blog Photo - Gregory Campbell breaks leg while stopping shot, will miss the rest of the playoffsThe good news: Gregory Campbell made an incredibly gutsy block on an Evgeni Malkin shot, which helped kill a Penguins power play in the 2nd period of last night's Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Bruins went on to win 2-1 in 2OT.

The bad news: Campbell broke his leg on the play, and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.

The crazy news: Even after breaking his leg, he played on for another minute, helping his team prevent a Penguins power play goal.

As soon as Campbell got up, it was obvious that he was hurting badly. He was unable to put any weight on his right leg, but he still managed to get his stick on the puck a few times and make things difficult for the Penguins.

This was an incredibly gutsy moment by Campbell, and the Bruins will desperately miss his aggressiveness and toughness in the rest of this series, and possibly the next one.
