Hello again, everybody. While we should be celebrating our nation's Presidents today, I suggest we instead honor Harry Caray and drink on the job. Deal?

10 years ago today Caray passed away and left us many slurred memories. And in case you were curious what names sounded like backwards, he was there for you.

Caray often made very little sense, but he was always clear on one thing: he loved baseball whether the Cubs were winning or mostly losing. Growing up a Cubs fan, I tuned into games as much to listen to Caray (and Stone) as I did to see how the Cubs would lose that day.

RIP Harry.  He was my entertainment as a child watching Cubs games...and I think he may have made me the Cubs fan I am.
