When I first saw this story, I looked at the headline and wasn't impressed.
I've dribbled a basketball through someone else's legs quite a few times. It's really nothing impressive or unusual. And when you're dealing with a 7-footer like Hasheem Thabeet, it makes even more sense, because big men take a while to react, and it's a good way to catch them off guard. You bounce the ball between the guy's legs, and then run around him and regain your dribble. No big deal, right?
However, JJ Barea took it to a whole new level last night, when he actually tried to dribble the ball through Thabeet's legs... and then go with the ball.
Yes, it's as ridiculous as it sounds:
