Jalen Rose Replaces Stan Van Gundy on ESPN’s Half-Time Show

 
According to the Big Lead, Jalen Rose will join Magic Johnson, Mike Wilbon, and Bill Simmons on ESPN’s NBA Countdown.  It was originally reported that Stan Van Gundy would be the 4^th member of the cast, but reports suggest that David Stern kindly told ESPN to exile him before he ever appeared on television.
 
Both Rose and Simmons have successful podcasts on the Grantland Network, however television is a very different medium from a podcast.  While, ESPN may have improved their half time roster, they still have a ways to go if they want to catch up with the TNT crew.
