Jonathan Vilma's Condo Raided After Drug-Related Murders
Jonathan Vilma Might Have A Slight Distraction Going Into This Season
Jonathan Vilma says he hasn't been to his condo in Long Island in since 2007, but it's still the source of some troubles for him right now.

It looks like it's unlikely that Vilma was involved, but there were a couple grisly murders that have been connected back to a friend or relative of Vilma, whom he has allowed to use his condo. Police raided the condo for clues over the weekend.

Sekou Sakor was found dead in in the Paerdegat Basin, and an unidentified male was found in Queens. They were allegedly drug-related murders.

This will most likely not affect Vilma personally, as it looks like he's not involved. However, it's certainly not going to look good that someone close to him may have been involved in something like this.

Vick also said he hadn't been to the property where the dog fighting had gone on in 6 years.  While they are completely different matters, it wil likely be somewhat of a distraction for Vilma, since the property is owned by him.  He likely won't face charges, but he will have to answer to the authorities.

As a Saints fan I don't like the extra distraction. I'm sure he is not involved in any way except for the fact that its his property. But I don't see any landlords in the news everytime something illegal happens on their property but I digress.

Most landlords or property owners aren't NFL players too though.  I don't like the connection, but I don't think too much will come of it (at least I hope).
