As was detailed below, nothing went right for the San Antonio Spurs last night in LA.
The Spurs shot 34 percent from the field, a full 20 percent less than the Lakers blistering night. Manu Ginobili was cold again, going 2-for-8, Tim Duncan was held to 12 points and Tony Parker was only 6-for-15. Total ass kicking.
If the game could be summed up in one highlight it's this huge Jordan Farmar block on Ime Udoka that set the tone early in the 2nd quarter. Farmar would go on to outscore everyone on the Spurs. If the Lakers continue to get bench play like they did last night, our long national nightmare will soon finally be over.
