According to several sources, Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent is being charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of his teammate, linebacker Jerry Brown.

This is a huge blow to the league, particularly after the recent murder-suicide of Chiefs safety Jovan Belcher.

DUI continues to be the NFL's biggest off the field problem.  I'm not sure though they can really do anything more to curb the issue.
