Josh Gordon is on fire, first with back-to-back 200 receiving yard games
The problem is that the Browns lost both games and as bad as ever. At the same time, given all the great receivers that have played in the NFL, how much does this record really matter? The rules favoring offense also are in modern receivers' favor, which would in theory make accruing big yardage easier. However, let's give Gordon some credit. For half of one game and the entirety of another in this run, his quarterback was Brandon Weeden. The degree of difficulty is off the charts. If this guy can do this with Weeden at quarterback, think of what could happen if Cleveland could get a real passer (I know, unlikely, but let's pretend for a moment).
The Browns season is down the tubes as always, but at least they can take solstice in two things: they were right about Trent Richardson, and they found a keeper in Josh Gordon.
