At the rate this fairly tale story is going, it might be worth placing some odds on the Texas Rangers winning the pennant. That may be all that's left for Josh Hamilton's comeback story.

Wednesday night he added another notable achievement to his amazing season.

Hamilton, leading the majors in RBI's, faced off against the Angels Francisco Rodriguez who leads everyone in saves and breaking batters' knees. Trailing by one run with Michael Young on base, Hamilton did was few ever do against K-Rod: sent a walk-off home run over the right field wall.

That's now 89 RBI's in 89 games for Hamilton, who was recently voted into the AL All-Star starting lineup. Might as well chalk up a Home Run Derby title and inevitably the Summer Classic's MVP.

1	No one was happier to see the ball leave the yard than Bobby Thigpen because the way K-Rod is going the saves record will be broken by the end of August.
