Just what the Proctor Ordered for the Braves?

According to his agent, the Braves have signed 32 year old pitcher Scott Proctor after "aggressively" pursuing him after his release from the Marlins. He has shown that he can be a very effective pitcher in the past, but injuries have really plagued him the last few years, and he missed all of 2009 and is recovering from Tommy John surgery.

It's probably a low dollar/low risk contract for the Braves, and we do have a rich history of getting the most out of players picked up off of the scrap heap. What do you think Braves fans?
