Two weeks ago, we took a look at the NFL teams that were still capable of going 0-16 this year. Since then, the Panthers, Dolphins and Browns have all somehow picked up a win. So we're left with only 4 winless teams remaining. Let's take an updated look at them, and their 0-16 chances.Tennessee Titans - Last time, I had their chances at 0%. I was convinced that they would eventually pick up a win, and I was pretty sure it was going to happen in Week 4 against the Jaguars. Unfortunately, they got wrecked in that one, and then again against the Colts last night. However, they still have shown glimpses of enough talent that I would be extremely surprised if they didn't eventually find a way to win. Especially since they play the Rams at home in Week 14. They'll probably win before that,
Chances of going 0-16: 3%
Kansas City Chiefs - Previously at 5%, I think the Chiefs have actually shown that they have legitimate potential to win a couple games. However, they're also 2 games closer to 0-16 than they were before. They won't be a good team by any stretch, but they took the Cowboys to overtime, after leading for most of the game. They'll play several teams that are worse than the Cowboys, including the Bills and Browns (both at home) in Weeks 14 and 15, respectively.
Chances of going 0-16: Still 5%
Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Last time I put the Buccaneers' 0-16 chances at 15%. After they lost to a very bad Redskins team, I now believe their best remaining opportunity to win will be this week at home against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers just picked up their first win (against those very same Redskins), and Jake Delhomme is perilously close to the Jamarcus Russell category, when it comes to awful QB's. They have 2 games against the Panthers, and one against the Dolphins. Even though the Bucs are terrible, those just might be winnable games.Chances of going 0-16: 30%
St Louis Rams - They're the team that I listed with the best chances last time (50%), and I still think they are the team with the most 0-16 potential. They're god-awful, and their schedule is reasonably tough. The worst teams they play are the Jaguars, Lions and Titans. But all of them are still better than the Rams, and those games are all on the road. At this point, I'd be surprised if the Rams DON'T go 0-16.
Chances of going 0-16: 60%
What are your thoughts on the remaining winless teams? What are the chances that we see an 0-16 team for the second year in a row? If my math is correct, I'd put it at about 74.198% that at least one of these teams will finish the season winless. Think I'm crazy? Maybe I am, but the bad NFL teams this year are REALLY bad. We'll see how it plays out.
