The only news that could me happier than Ken Griffey Jr to the Cubs ... Jacque Jones to Cincinnati. When far fetched trade rumors start surfacing, baseball gets interesting. Especially when they involve one of baseball's best. Rumors surfaced yesterday about a hypothetical Griffey to Cubs trade after Junior said he'd "like to play for the Chicago." However just about every insider has said no chance. When you hear some of the suggestions, you'll see why.
Hardly legit, but the deal here suggests Sean Marshall, Jacque Jones and prospect to the Reds. If that were to happen, I'd honestly feel bad for Reds fans. That's not even fair. Let's just stop there, because it won't happen anyway. Why would Reds fans attend games in the future?
