Things are pretty rough for Kosuke Fukudome right now. He's 0 for 8 in the playoffs with 4 strikeouts and Lou Piniella has made it demonstrably clear that for the rest of the series against the Dodgers, Fukudome's butt will be planted squarely on the pine. Needless to say, he's also been getting the business from fans.
But as bad as all that is, it's actually gotten even worse. Hilariously worse. How so? Well, he's even getting ripped at the airport of all places, even when he's not there.
Passengers at O'Hare Airport were surprised to hear his [Fukudome's] name being paged over the public address system in Terminal B on Friday morning.
But it turned out that it was all a joke.
"Paging Kosuke Fukudome, paging Kosuke Fukudome ... Please report to the Cincinnati Reds. You have been traded for a player to be named later."
Some of the passengers waiting for flights laughed, while others cringed.

That's pretty much the bottom of the barrel right there, folks. By the way, judging by how Fukudome has been playing for a long, long time now, I'm not even sure the Reds would want him.
But hey, look on the bright side, Kosuke. You're only one loss away from having Chicago ripping your entire team, rather than just you.
