LEGO Soccer And Baseball Stadiums
I Won't Lie, LEGO Sports Stadiums Are Awesome
As most of you know, I'm not the biggest fan of soccer, but I am a fan LEGO. So if you combine the two, you get, uh, I guess me being moderately interested in soccer. But anyway, forget that, let's just go straight to some of the dopest LEGO soccer stadium recreations you will ever see courtesy of The Offside.

Fritz Walter Stadion, home of Kaiserslauten:

Maine Road, former home of Manchester City:

Allianz Arena, home of Bayern Munich and 1860:

La Bombonera, home of Boca Juniors:

Parken, home of FC Copenhagen and the Danish national team:

And of course, no LEGO soccer stadium tribute would be complete with a Lego version of the Hand of God goal. Maradona sure seems happy.

As great as these LEGO soccer stadiums are, personally I'm more of a fan of LEGO baseball stadiums.

Camden Yards - Baltimore Orioles

Citizens Bank Park - Philadelphia Phillies

Yankee Stadium - New York Yankees

And last, but not least, a full-scale version of Wrigley Field and the surrounding Wrigleyville area.

What can I say? Freakin' awesome, even though the guys that did these probably haven't been on a date in 15 years. Although, I'm a blogger, so neither have I.

You my friend must have never graced Lego Land. There was an awesome one back in Minnesota at the Mall of America. Here in Orlando, theres a so so one at Downtown Disney. I don't care who you are, you step foot in that place and you are like a 5 year old again. It's awesome. I drag my nephew down there all the time just because I want to go and have to bring the kid for cover.

Just got back from the Mall (packed as hell, shoulda known better), but anytime I go there, I have to pass by Legoland atleast twice...the Dinosaur area is still there, and they'll add a few things every few months or so...always a great time.

They have one near San Diego now too!  I'm gonna go there when I'm next down.  I guess they have rides, and pirate fights and all kind of fun.  There are several different theme areas.  Besides my motto is *grow older, not up* as Jimmy Buffett would say!  That's the fun of kids.. you always get to see things thru new eyes!

I'm jealous. I had a love/hate relationship with that mall. The whole history with Met Stadium never helped, but you could never deny the fun of Camp Snoopy and Lego Land. Plus, I hate shopping with a passion (yes, I really am a girl) and it made it so much easier to get all my shopping done in stop. The last time I was there, it looked like the place was struggling. There were a lot of empty shops but that was a long time ago.

A few changes now...sadly, Camp Snoopy is no longer there, instead it has been replaced with "Nickeloden Universe"...while most of the same rides are still there (log ride must always stay), its just plastered with Nickeloden junk everywhere. As far as the stores go, there will be some quieter places, but if one seems to struggle long enough, a month later it will be replaced.

It coulda been her, she's evil like that...but not me, I was home on FanIQ.

Yeah my sister in law was there with my brother and they were walking by the crepe place and some cops were rushing them out of the area.. they went upstairs to see what was going on and someone had left a bag by the bench...so they sent in dogs and some metal guy to check it out..

Was your sister the one who chucked a full Icee from the 3rd floor in the middle of lego land covering my sister in laws back and hair??  or was the evil "sister"

You know, I'd like to think my sister wouldn't be doing that stuff at her age still (22), but I can't put it by her...I'll have to ask.
