I just went to the last "Public" Chargers practice on Thursday. They were just running some basic stuff, but LT looks quick and strong. I'm so grateful to be able to watch #21 in my "Backyard". He's a short guy so he tends to get lost behind the massive Chargers O-Line. Darren Sproles will be his backup this season while rookie Jacob Hester is at #3. Hester will run at Fullback too...I can't wait.

Even though I am a Denver fan, I would much rather lose to a team with LT and Gates much more than the Raiders or Chiefs. Now if times were reversed and Rivers was in the big easy and Brees was still in SoCal. I would be a Charger bandwagoner!

I'll take Philip Rivers on my team any day, but it would have been nice to see Drew Brees settle in SD...The Broncos will surprise some teams this year. Champ Bailey and Dre' Bly will give nightmares to Offensive Coordinators every week. Brandon Marshall is a force to be reckoned with. Let's hope we both beat the Raiders and Chiefs 2 times this year.

I think Drew Brees would have settled their, however after he injured his shoulder that year in the game against Denver, the Charger front office just kind of gave up on him. Both sides seem to be happy so I guess it's just water under the bridge now. Brandon Marshal will only be a force on the field hopefully and not in the courtroom since he seems to want to play with the Denver police department more lately than his teammates. Maybe former teammate Javon Walker's been his tutor on and off the field.
